THOR AVAS took part in The International Transport Forum at the OECD in Germany
The International Transport Forum at the OECD is an intergovernmental organization with 62 member countries. It acts as a think tank for transport policy and organizes the Annual Summit of transport ministers.
Every May, ministers with responsibility for transport, business leaders, heads of international organizations, parliamentarians and policy makers, representatives of business associations and leading researchers meet for three days in Leipzig, Germany, to discuss the future of transport through the prism of a strategic topic.
Summit participation has grown to over 1400 participants from more than 80 countries, well beyond the 62 member countries of the ITF. It increasingly attracts business participants, with CEOs joining high-level discussions and companies presenting their work in the Summit exhibition or sponsoring the event. The annual meeting of the ITF Corporate Partnership Board is held as part of the Summit.
The THOR company became one of the 11 exhibitors of the summit, among such a companies as the Association of European Transport (AET) - the leading European organization for specialists and scientists in the field of transport, DEKRA company, which has been working in the field of security for almost 100 years, the Ministry of Transport of France, England, PIARC - World Road Association. The main speaker are Ministers of Transport of Europe, America and other countries and the top managers of transport area companies.
THOR actively participates in the interesting lectures by the announced speakers. Participants can chat with each other and create video calls.
